These terms cover your use of the XfluxPay website. They are worth two minutes, because the most important thing on this page is what XfluxPay is not yet.
What this website is
An description of what XfluxPay is building. It is informational, and it is the only thing being offered here.
Joining the early-access list places you on a mailing list. It does not create an account, reserve a product, grant a place in a queue, or form any agreement between us beyond our sending you email you asked for.
Not a financial service
XfluxPay is a technology company in active development. Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, subscribe for or deal in any financial product, security, or asset.
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it should not be relied on when making a decision about your money.
- XfluxPay does not currently hold financial-services licences or registrations.
- XfluxPay does not operate an asset management company and does not manage any fund.
- XfluxPay does not issue a proprietary asset, and XUV is not available to buy.
- The wallet, liquidity engine, financial manager, Xflux Prime and Xflux Origin described on this site are at various stages of design and development. None of them is available to use.
- Any future regulated activity will be undertaken only with the appropriate authorisations, or through licensed partners.
Forward-looking statements
The roadmap on this site describes intentions, in the order we currently plan to build them. Deliberately, it carries no dates.
Plans change. Layers may be re-sequenced, redesigned, or abandoned, and later phases depend on partners, funding and regulation that are not settled. Nothing described as future or concept should be treated as committed.
Illustrative figures
Financial figures shown on this site — portfolio totals, asset values, amounts available to spend — are invented for illustration. They are not connected to any account, and they are not representative of any outcome.
No return, appreciation, liquidity, approval, reward or saving is promised or guaranteed, anywhere on this site.
Using the site
Reasonable things only. Please do not:
- Submit false information, or someone else’s details, through the forms.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape or automate submissions, or attempt to defeat the anti-spam measures.
- Represent yourself as connected to XfluxPay when you are not.
Brand and content
The XfluxPay name, the flux mark, the wordmark, and the text and design of this site belong to XfluxPay. Please do not reproduce them as your own or in a way that suggests endorsement.
Quoting or linking to this site in commentary or reporting is welcome.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time — including anything described on the roadmap.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, XfluxPay is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
