This notice covers the XfluxPay website. It is short because the site does very little with your data.
There is no product yet, no account to open, and nothing to log into. The only information XfluxPay holds is what you choose to send through one of the two forms here.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site. Nothing is gathered in the background.
- Early access form: your first name, email address, and which part of XfluxPay interests you most.
- Partner form: your name, work email, company, role, area of interest, and your message.
- Your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit form submissions. It is not written to storage alongside your details.
What we do not collect
- No analytics. This site loads no analytics or tracking script of any kind.
- No advertising or social pixels, and no third-party embeds.
- No cookies. The site sets none, which is why you were not asked to consent to any.
- No financial information. We never ask for account numbers, card details, credentials or client data — and you should not send them to us.
Why we hold it
To email you about XfluxPay as it is built, and to reply to partner enquiries. That is the entire purpose.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it
Two service providers handle your data on our behalf, and only for the purposes above:
- Resend — sends our transactional email. Your name and email address are passed to Resend in order to deliver a message to you.
- Our hosting and database provider — stores the submission. Data is held in a managed Postgres database with access restricted to XfluxPay.
Email from us
Messages are sent from [email protected]. That address sends only — replies to it are not read or processed, and every message we send says so.
We send occasional updates, not a scheduled newsletter. You can ask to be removed at any time and we will delete your record.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until XfluxPay no longer has a reason to hold it — whichever comes first. There is no fixed retention period because there is no product yet to attach one to.
Your choices
Email [email protected] with what you would like done. Although that address is not monitored for conversation, deletion and access requests are actioned. You can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your record entirely.
- Stop emailing you.
Security
Submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in an access-controlled database. Server credentials and API keys are held as environment variables and are never exposed to the browser.
No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that the amount of data collected here is deliberately small, which is the most reliable protection available.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
XfluxPay is in active development. This notice covers the website as it exists today, and will be revised — and reviewed by counsel against the regulations that apply — before any financial product is offered. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
